CHANGING THE DELIVERY ADDRESS
We cannot make changes in the delivery address after receiving your order. The package will be delivered at the address originally provided to us.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We know that carrier issues and delays can happen. We find that some carriers may scan a package as “Delivered” when it is still out for delivery and will sometimes physically deliver the parcel within the next few business days.
After4 business days, if your order is showing as "Delivered” by the carrier, and you have still not located your package, and you have checked the area surrounding your delivery address please contact us for assistance.
Please note that RECATCH PRIVÉ is not responsible for lost packages. If you believe your package has been delivered at the wrong address, we recommend you file a complaint directly to the carrier.
At this point, we cannot resend the package or make any changes and iyou will need to place a new order after your purchase has been refunded.
