Orders are processed according to product availability and payment approval. In high-demand periods, product availability may change while your product is being processed.
As a general rule, orders placed from Monday to Friday will be processed and sent within 1-2 workdays.
Orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday and will be sent within 1-2 workdays.
Articles available for presale will be shown on the product's page with the date of shipment. Bear in mind that, once you place your order, your payment will be processed beforehand. Should you wish to cancel your order, you can contact us at email@example.com.
If your order contains presale and stock articles, the parcel will be sent once we've received the presale article(s).
We can't split orders and send the stock articles first. If you wish to receive the stock articles first, we recommend placing two separate orders.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the details to track your parcel.
According to Spain's legislation, the final price of our products include 21% VAT.
Customs taxes are not included in the shipment cost for international orders. They will be chargeable to the customer.
We accept the major credit or debit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Union Pay. The payment is processed after the order is completed.

Easy, convenient payment from the payment app on your phone, no need to insert your card details.
Choosing this choice at the checkout will take you to the PayPal website so that you can sign in and complete your order. Once the order is complete, you will be redirected to recatchprive.com.
Convenient instalment payment. Choose Klarna as a payment method at the checkout page and you will be redirected to the Klarna website, where you'll be able to choose your instalment conditions and complete your order. If you don't have a Klarna account, you will need to sign up and provide your payment details. If you already have a Klarna account, just sign in and proceed to complete your purchase.
Orders may not be modified or updated after completion, as they are processed immediately.
If you wish to purchase another article, please place a new order.
As a general rule, we may not modify or cancel an order after completion.
Your order may be cancelled in high-demand periods due to possible stock depletion. If your order has been cancelled, you will be automatically reimbursed. We recommend placing your order again or waiting for depleted articles to be replenished.

MODIFYING YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS
Your shipping address may not be modified once your purchase is finalised. We can only send your parcel to the address provided in your order.
