WHERE CAN I BUY RECATCH PRIVÉ?

At the moment, you can buy RECATCH PRIVÉ on our website and on AMAZON.ES. Any future changes will be anounced here and also on our social media.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I BUY?

Please, make sure you check our Size Guide section for bras or underwear for help.

DO YOU OFFER LARGE SIZES?

For the time being, our underwear is not available in large sizes. However, we're working to expand our size range.

WHEN WILL THE STOCK BE REPLENISHED?

We're working to replenish our stock as soon as possible. Please join our waitlist and we'll let you know when we have more stock.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Once you place your order, please allow one or two workdays for the order to be packaged and sent from our warehouse.

MY PARCEL IS MISSING.

If you haven't received your delivery or if it's been lost by the carrier in transit, please contact us at info@recatchprive.com. We'll be happy to help you.

WHERE IS MY REFUND?

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will let you know whether your return is accepted or rejected. This process may take up to 5 work days after the article has been delievered to our premises. Please allow up to 7 workdays for the refund to go through.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ARTICLE?

Yes, if you want to exchange the size or colour of your product, you just need to email us at info@recatchprive.com with your order number, the article you wish to return and the new size or color you wish to receive. Once the article has been returned, inspected and accepted in our premises, we will proceed to send you the new article.

WHAT IF MY ARTICLE IS FAULTY OR DAMAGED?

We apologize if you've received a faulty product. Products are considered faulty if they are damaged upon delivery or if there is a manufacturing problem during the 3 months following the purchase. Send us a photo of the damaged product at returns@recatchprive.com with your details and we will help you solve it. Please bear in mind that faulty product will only be accepted and/or refunded if returned within 90 days after purchasing.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we offer standard shipment choices to most countries. Check our International Shipping section.

WHAT KIND OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all the major credit cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay. You can also choose to pay through PayPal or split your payments through Klarna.

WHAT IS KLARNA?

Klarna is an alternative payment service that allows our customers to securely split their purchases into 3 interest-free monthly payments or pay after 30 days, or otherwise in longer periods.

Yes, we do not use plastic or environmentally-damaging non-recyclable materials in our packaging.

We only choose paper boxes and ecological bags.
