Our goal is to meet your needs, so if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return your items.

You can return your oder in the next 60 days after your purchase.

To return your articles, they must be unused, unwashed, in perfect condition and in their original packaging so they can be sold again. Please attach the invoice you received in the order confirmation e-mail, as well as any tags or accessories included in the package. Please note that different order returns cannot be combined as they would slow down the return process.

Once we have the details of your request, we will e-mail you a return label that you will need to print and stick on your package. Next, you will need to take it to your nearest delivery point of the indicated carrier.

Once the returned article/s have been received and inspected, we will let you know whether your return is accepted or rejected. This process can take up to 5 working days since the package has been delivered at our warehouse. Please, wait up to 7 working days for your refund to be processed into its original payment method.

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

For international returns, possible custom charges will be held by the customer.
